The members of the Northern Delaware Football Officials Association (NDFOA) met at Caravel Academy on Saturday, August 7 for their annual All-Day Clinic in preparation for the 2021 football season. This year's guest speaker was former NDFOA member and current NCAA Supervisor of Officials, Jeff Cooney. Jeff talked to the group about his experiences as both a high school and college official.
