The 2022 football season is approaching and the members of NDFOA are in preparation mode.

While meetings have just begun, there have been a lot of other things happening within the organization.

During the summer, the NDFOA Fitness Committee hosted numerous off-season conditioning sessions for the membership. The committee has put together some great material for all to take advantage in getting in game shape for the upcoming season.

The Bylaw Committee is currently reviewing our organization by-laws and introducing potential changes to be voted on by the membership to try to clean up some old items or introduce some fresh ideas.

The Recruiting and Retention Committee has been out in full force signing up potential recruits and hosted multiple New Officials classes to help grow our numbers.

The annual All Day Clinic was held on August 6, 2022 at Caravel. The group went over rule changes and points of emphasis for the season, worked through a mechanics session, listened to presentations on fitness and conflict resolution, and presented some awards to members of the organization.

Weekly membership meetings began on August 16, 2022. The beloved Dr. Axe presented on a program that he’s involved with to help with the recruiting efforts of officials and Tommie Neubauer presented to the group on teamwork.
