ABOUT NDFOA

NDFOA is a local chapter of the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association, DIAA, and the Maryland Public Secondary School Athletic Association, MPSSAA.
​
Our membership has approximately 70 active officials and has served high schools and youth football in Northern Delaware and Northeast Maryland for approximately 40 years. We hold regular meetings from late August through early November for rules and mechanics discussion as well as organizational administrative issues.
​
The NDFOA is an organization dedicated to promoting the positive development of our youth through the participation in the sport of football. We recruit, train, and provide dedicated football officials for high schools and youth leagues in New Castle County, Delaware as well as Cecil County, Maryland.
The Northern Delaware Football Officials Association (NDFOA) values all members as unique individuals and welcomes the variety of experiences they bring to the NDFOA. As such, we have a strict anti-discrimination policy.
